Shakshuka is one of the most well liked of current trending meals on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look fantastic. Shakshuka is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

  2. Prepare 1 Onion
  3. Take 1 Red Bellpepper

Steps to make Shakshuka:
  1. Finally chop onion & garlic.add olive oil in Wok.
  2. Add chop onions in wok.fry to translucent.add chop garlic & fry for minute.
  3. Deseed & diced red bellpepper.add to wok & fry for 2 minutes at low flame.
  4. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water till skin comes off easily. Mash tomatoes well.add tomato mash to wok & mix well.
  5. Blend the tomato mash in wok.then add spices.fry over medium flame to mix the spices & tomato together till oil comes at surface.
  6. With the help of spoon,make 3 wells in masala inside wok.open up 1 egg at one well side in wok.
  7. One by one add all 3 whole eggs in wok without breaking them.cover & let eggs get cooked inside the steam well at low-medium flame. Do not rise heat.
  8. When egg whites are fully cooked at surface of masala & egg yolks seems to be set fully, sprinkle some curry leaves over.
  9. Garnish with Fresh chop green chilli,chop coriander,fresh Basil & Mint.serve with olives,cheese salad bread or buns and enjoy a fancy delicacy with cookpad.
