The ingredients needed to make White Chocolate mousse:
  1. Prepare 125 gm White chocolate
  2. Take 200 ml Fresh cream beaten
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Custard powder
  5. Make ready 4 tbsp Sugar
  6. Take 1 cup Water
  7. Prepare 2 tsp Gelatin
  8. Prepare cup Hot water quarter
  9. Get 1 cup Caramelized nuts
Instructions to make White Chocolate mousse:
  1. Grate the white chocolate & keep it aside
  2. Soak gelatin in hot water for 5 min & melt it over boiling water without any lumps.
  3. Mix custard powder with water & sugar & cook it over boiling water till it becomes thick. remove from heat.
  4. Then add the grated white chocolate to it. Mix it well.
  5. Beat the fresh cream & icing sugar till peaks.
  6. Then add melted gelatin to the chocolate mix, finally fold the whipped cream mix & transfer it into the mould. Refrigerate it 20min.
  7. Decorate it with caramelized nuts, chocolate balls& caramel mesh.
