  3. Add wine, let it evaporate. Then add tomatoes. Cook for a few mins on medium heat
  4. Sauce should look like this, pasta should be ready to drain. Remove garlic, drain pasta, add to sauce, mix and serve with extra parsley and a drizzle of olive oil :)
