Shakshuka is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Shakshuka is something which I’ve loved my whole life.
To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook shakshuka using 15 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Shakshuka:
Take 3 eggs
Make ready 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
Get 1 onion,
Get 1 1 tomato,
Get 2 capsicums chopped
Prepare 2 tablespoons oil
Get 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Make ready 2 green chili’s chopped
Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Get 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Get 1 teaspoon tomato paste
Make ready 1 tablespoon chopped mint & coriander leaves
Get 1 tablespoon butter
Take 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley leaves to sprinkle and few spring onions for garnishing
Steps to make Shakshuka:
Take non-stick pan add in oil then add zeera sauté few seconds then add diced onions & ginger garlic paste sauté until onions are soften now add in the chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicums, red chilli powder,coriander powder mix it
Now add salt,tomato paste keep stirring to mix well then add chopped coriander & mint leaves & butter make three parts in gravy further crack eggs in three circles.
Cover it & cook on low flame burner for around 3-5 minutes off the flame the eggs must be cooked perfectly then sprinkle some dried parsley for seasoning & spring onions.
Just slice it & serve it hot…!
This can be best enjoyed with hot parathas for breakfast meal..!
