I use a long skinny spoon so the fish won't get all mashed up; I like chunks of fish in the stew. Add the boiled eggs and stir. Served with your choice of Garri, Iyan (Fufu), Amala or OatMeal Flour. Ingredients: Plantain, Gizzard, Thyme, Chicken bouillon, Sweet bell peppers, Salt and Olive oil..

Steps to make White rice,fish stew and dodo:
  1. Cut and wash ur fish,marinate wit curry,thyme,garlic,ginger,knorr and set aside for abt 30mins.
  2. Wash ur Tomatoes, pepper and onion,place in ur blender and blend till smooth and set aside.
  3. In a frying pan,add veg oil,heat it up very well and begin to fry d fish 2-3 mins on each side and set aside.
  4. In ur pot,add oil and heat it up.once d oil is hot,add ur blended tomatoes,knorr,curry,Thyme, garlic,ginger and little salt,cover and simmer for a few mins.
  5. Open d pot of stew,add ur fish and allow to cook till it dries up and reduces is quantity.
  6. Ur stew is ready.
  7. Serve with ur already cooked rice and fried plantain.

Served with your choice of Garri, Iyan (Fufu), Amala or OatMeal Flour. Ingredients: Plantain, Gizzard, Thyme, Chicken bouillon, Sweet bell peppers, Salt and Olive oil.. Add the rice and stir to coat.
