  2. Make cutlets out of the fried mix.Make a semi thick batter of cornflour and maida.Dip one cutlet in it and toss in breadcrumbs.Allow it to set for an hour in fridge.Then fry the cutlets golden brown.Serve with any dips of your choice or hot and sweet tomato sauce.
