  2. First we grated cheddar cheese and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a pan Add butter.Let it melt. Add all purpose flour. Saute it.
  4. Stirr it..We don't want flour change its color so quickly add milk..
  5. Keep stirring so that no lumps occurred.
  6. Let it boil for 2 minutes keep stirring so no lumps occurred.
  7. Add grated cheddar cheese and mix well
  8. Add sea salt and Cayenne powder mix well..We want sauce like consistency so not yo overcook it..Switch off the flame.keep it out in serving bowl.drizzle it on nachos.
  9. Garnish it with jalapeños and enjoy
