Boil pasta with salt water until soft
In a pan add oil and the cumin. Then add chicken and stir.
To the chicken add Chilli flakes garlic and ginger, tandoori masala black pepper and let cook
Add red peppers, mushrooms and 1/3 tsp salt.
For the white sauce add the flour milk and butter to a pan and let thicken. Add the mixed herbs chilli flakes and the mozerella cheese, salt and pepper
Layer the pasta, cheese sauce and chicken like a lasagne with cheese on top. Pop in oven at 180 with fan until cheese is melted and top is brown.
Garnish with parsley.
