  5. Cut the truffles into small cubes.
  6. In a pot,fry the minced meat in  ghee until cooked.
  7. Add the truffles to the meat,sprinkle the salt and mix all ingredients together. Cook on low heat.
  8. Once cooked remove from heat and serve on a plate. Garnish with roasted pine nuts.
  9. Serve hot, next to rice with vermicelli and yogurt.
