Take 2 bundle of white wheat noodle or somen

Steps to make Noodle With Kimchi:
ANCHOVIES BROTH
Wash the dried anchovies 3 or 4 times then drain
Add 1 liter of water with the anchovies then simmer for 30 minute then sieve the broth for later use
COOK NOODLE
Bring a pot of anchovies broth to a boil then add noodle simmer for 5 minute then off heat drain and reserve broth
KIMCHI MIXTURE
Put kimchi with juice on a bowl add wasabi and vineger and mix well then add drain noodle and half cup of anchovies broth then mix well
Divide equally into 4 bowl and Serve top additional garnish
