Take 3 pieces steak (150g each, Sirloin, rump, scotch fillet)

For the Sauteed Potatoe : Cut potatoes into 2.5cm pieces and Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. Season with salt. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Cool. - Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add potatoes. Cook, shaking pan and turning potato often, for 10 minutes or until golden, crisp and tender. Stir in butter.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsely and Serve with your steak and any vegetables you like.
