  2. Heat butter in Kadhai. Add onions & garlic. Saute them until translucent. Add mushrooms. Mix well. Cover Kadhai with lid. Cook on slow flame until mushrooms gets tender.
  3. Add spring onions. Stir all. Add all purpose flour. Saute for 1 minute on slow flame.
  4. Add milk & water. Mix well. Add black pepper & salt. Let it boil until thick consistency. Once soup done. Switch off gas.
  5. Your creamy mushroom soup is ready to serve.
