In a pan heat 1 Tbsp butter and add chopped spring onion bulbs. Sauté until translucent.
Add chopped mushrooms and add salt and black pepper powder. Stir for 2-3 mins and set aside
In the same pan heat butter and add Maida or All-purpose Flour. Stir until smooth, add vegetable stock and keep stirring until smooth
Add milk slowly and bring it to boil. Add the mushroom mix and stir well.
Add cream and little more salt, black pepper powder, grated cheese and some chopped spring onion greens. Stir well until cheese melts. Set aside
Plate and garnish with some more grated cheese, chopped spring onion greens and black pepper powder.
