  1. First of all wash mushrooms properly and chop them roughly.
  2. Now heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add sliced onion to it. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes then add garlic and chopped mushrooms to it and mix it well. Now add salt, pepper and mixed herbs to it. Cook it on medium heat until mushrooms are properly cooked which will take around 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Now add one tablespoon of all-purpose flour to it and mix it well. Cook for another 2 minutes on medium heat then add milk and water to it and cook it until slightly thick. When the mushroom mixture becomes thick turn off the heat and let it become cold at room temperature.
  4. Now grind mushroom mixture into a mixer jar until smooth. Add this mixture to the pot and cook it on medium heat. You can add more water or milk if required. Now add one tablespoon of butter and fresh cream to it and mix it well. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat then turn off the heat.
  5. Serve hot mushroom soup with toast bread, garlic bread or sandwiches.
