  4. Now add all the lentils, turmeric and ginger. cook it for another couple of Minutes.
  5. Add broth and water to it.
  6. Bring the soup to boil and cover it and reduce the flame to simmer it for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in spinach, herbs, lemon and pepper flakes until spinach has wilted. Serve immediately!
