  3. Meanwhile make the stock and measure out the milk and add them to the pot
  4. Season with salt and plenty of pepper. Bring the pot to the boil and then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are soft (approx 20-30 mins)
  5. Once cooked, leave to cool and then blitz with a stick blender until smooth. You could serve with cream or creme fraiche.
