  1. Grate potatoes and rinse all water.

  4. Add tomatoes and all spices and cook on high flame till 4 minutes.
  5. Keep mashing tomatoes till soft. Take out in bowl.
  6. In same pan add oil and spread potato mixture and cook till brown.
  7. Flip the side and spread masala mixture over it and break 3 eggs on top.
  8. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder.
  9. Cover with lid and cook until eggs done.
  10. When done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
