  2. Take 3-4 kashmiri chillies

Instructions to make Goan Beef Roast:
  1. Grind the above ingredients,add vinegar and water and make a fine paste
  2. Cut the meat into 4 chunks and pork it with a fork so that the marinated paste goes deeper into the meat
  3. Add salt for taste
  4. Marinate the meat with the paste. Cover it and keep it aside for 1 hour (longer the marination time tastier the meat)
  5. After marinating the meat for 1 hour, Heat up a pan and add some oil to the pan
  6. Fry the meat on all the sides
  7. Now remove the meat into a separate bowl and pour some water into the same pan (save the juice for later)
  8. Next heat up a pan, add oil to it.
  9. Cut the onion into small pieces and add it to the pan (sort it until golden brown)
  10. Next add the meat in the pan along with the juice which was saved earlier
  11. Cook the meat for 45 mins on low flame (do not over cook the meat because it is to be sliced later)
  12. After 45 mins of cooking remove the meat and slice it.
  13. After cutting the meat add it into the same pan with the gravy and cook for 5 mins
  14. The beef is ready to serve.
