Remove excess water, press the jackfruit with a spoon and mash it a little. Add the boiled jackfruit to the fried spice with Garam masala and let the Jackfruit Bharta cook.   5. Put the Chingri and Kathal bichi to the blender and mash. Don’t make it smooth but coarse. Drizzle with mustard oil before serving with rice
