  1. Get your ingredients ready!
  2. Heat oil to medium heat and add onions and soften
  3. Add garlic, celery and chilli to the soften onions. Cook for about 3 mins
  4. Add corn and potatoes to the pot and cook with a little water for about 10 mins
  5. Add the cream and cook till the potatoes start to cook away and thicken the cream
  6. Poach the haddock in the cream, add some water if it is too thick. Should be a watery consistency.
  7. Garnish with spring onions and coriander, enjoy
