Cut out baking paper big enough to wrap your fish, place haddock on the paper then add some soysauce, sesame oil, ginger, onion and chilli.
Wrap it up as parcel and secure it with cotton string.
1. Steam it for 10-12 min on the medium hop. For steamer you can use vegetable steamer, bamboo steamer whetever you have available.
1. You can also steam your vegetable at the same tome or boil it in different saucepan. In this case I boiled my vegetable for 10 min.
