  1. Take a grinder. Corsely grind fennel seeds and cardamom pods.
  2. Now cut the dry black grapes add water and coarse fennel- Cardomon mix in a pan. Mix and soak it for 4-5 hours.
  3. After 5 hours. Put the pan on low flame. Let boil the mix till water extract to half. Now add mishari.
  4. Now keep on boil the water till mishari gets dissolve and get good sticky syrup. Off the flame and let it cool down.
  5. Once it cool strain the mix. Will get super flavourful concentrate of fennel and Cardamon. This concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month. And want can add food colour.
  6. When u want to made Sharbat. Add ice cubes in serving glass, add 3 tbsp of concentrate and add water. Sharbat is ready.
  7. Enjoy the soothing and cooling effect Sharbat
