  12. Take 2 bay leaves
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

  15. Prepare 4-5 Garlic (whole)
Instructions to make Hasher mangso / duck meat:
  1. Wash the meat, then marinate with termuric,salt and little oil
  2. Now heat a kadai, add oil after heating add garlic and chopped onions and fry 5 minutes,
  3. After 5 minutes add meat and cook until nicely fried..
  4. Prepare the masala, for which in a mixer jar take cumin seeds, kali mirch, coriander seeds, red chilli,green chilli, Ginger-garlic and make fine paste
  5. Now when the meat soaks water and fried nicely then add the masala which we prepare..
  6. Cook very well,after fried the meat and the masala mix nicely then add 1 cup water and add garam masala.
  7. Garam masala contains - 4 cardamom, 1 cinnamon, 4 cloves.. we will make fine paste of it and then add on the meat.
  8. After few minutes chek the salt and if required then add and mix the chopped coriander leaves..
