Pad dry with a kitchen paper. - - Transfer onto the prepared baking tray. - - In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, nori flakes, togarashi, salt and mushroom powder. - - Stir until well combined.
Rub the carrots well with the oil mixture. - - Wack into the oven and bake for 15 mins or until the carrots are fork tender. - - If the garlic browned before the carrots are baked, remove the garlic and transfer into a small bowl. Do not discard.
