  1. Boil meat using water, seasoning, spices and onions. When the meat is almost done remove the stock and set aside. Add oil and sliced onions to the meat and fry.
  2. Meanwhile, roughly blend the tomatoes, peppers and onions. Add it to the meat. Add the seasoning. Allow to get fried
  3. Add the stock. Stir and adjust seasoning. Add in carrots and cabbage and 2/3 of sliced onions. Put fire on lowest and allow to simmer slowly. Lastly add in the remaining onion and sliced pepper. Simmer for two minutes and serve
  4. Can be served with rice, spag, couscous etc
