Instructions to make Chola Biryani:
  1. Boil white gram and keep it aside.
  2. Soak rice in a bowl for 10 minutes.
  3. Add all dry masala into boiled white gram.
  4. Heat the cooker add butter and ghee, let it heat up add bay leaves,cloves, black pepper, black Cardamom,cumin seeds and chopped onion stir it for few minutes.
  5. Add soaked rice and curd into it mix it well add white gram mixture into it. Wait for a whistle. Let it cool down. Garnish it with Chopped coriander.
  6. Now, it is ready to serve.
