Prepare 1 tablespoon kashmiri lal mirch
Take 1.5 tablespoon salt not adding in.add it while cooking
Make ready slices lemon
Prepare ginger julien cut
Prepare green chillis julien cut
Instructions to make Dahli Nihari:
First prepare nihari masala.In a grinder add jaifel half piece,cinnamon sticks,blk cardimom,cumin,cloves,black pappar,saunf,tezpatt.grind well.Now add chilli powder,kasmiri lal mirch,and coriander powder.mix well.salt is not addedd in nihari masala.It should be added while cook.
Heat oil.Add onion in a large pan. fry until golden brown.add beef and fry for 5 minutes.Now add g g paste fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.then add nihari masala and add nali.fry for 1 more minute.add 8 cup water.Also add 1.5 tablespoon salt.
Cover and cook for 3 hours on medium heat.After three hours check if meat is tender then get all ghee/taree from surface.save for garnishing.remove nali and take bone marrow.save for further use.now mix three tablespoon atta in 1 cup of water.add slowly.Now cook for 20 minutes on slow flame.stire occasionally.
Now turn off the flame.serve in a bowl add tari and bone marrow.Garnish with thinly sliced ginger and green chilli.Add some lemon slices.DEhliNihari is ready to serve..serve hot with naan😋
