  1. whip cream until peaks
  2. mix condensed milk, butter and rum n raisin together
  3. fold into cream gently and pour into an appropriate size container
  4. freeze for 6hrs or until set I left it 24hrs
  5. delish

Rum Raisin Ice Cream was a favorite of mine when I was growing up in Malaysia. When Rum Raisin Ice Cream appeared on the scene it instantly became a favorite at our house. Even though the ice cream was artificially flavored, it was different and delicious. This version of rum raisin ice cream uses rum in two ways. A little bit is incorporated into the ice cream base itself—there can't be too much since alcohol has a lower freezing temperature and can cause the ice cream to not set properly in the freezer.
