  1. Take 1 cup shredded chicken thighs or breast
  2. Take 1/4 cup peppers (red, green & yellow)
  3. Get 2 tbsp sweet corn
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp jalapeño
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp olive (any colour)
  6. Take 5-7 slices white bread
  7. Make ready 3 tbsp Doritos Nachos Cheese
  8. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Take 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
  10. Take 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  11. Get 1 tsp vegetable oil
  12. Make ready to taste Salt
  13. Take 1 tsp crushed red chillies (optional)
  14. Prepare 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions to make Chicken & vegetable Bread Roll

#Ramadan:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the shredded chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger & garlic paste & soya sauce. Cook them for 5-10 minutes on medium heat with lid on. Now check the chicken if they are cooked. Once they are done turn off the gas. Add rest of the ingredients one by one. Add the Doritos nachos cheese at the end. If you want you can use white sauce as well.
  2. Now remove crusts from the bread and then roll flat with a rolling pin. - Place a row of filling on the one side of the bread & roll into a log. Brush the side of the breads with beaten eggs. It will help to stick closed. - Beat one egg in a bowl and take breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip each roll in egg and then in breadcrumbs. - Now Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. - Serve with any dip. I prefer with mint sauce.
