Instructions to make Kezia Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng Crispy):
For Liquid coatings: Mix flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder, pepper, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add the egg yolks and water little by little while stirring until well blended. Store in a refrigerator / cool place.
For the Dry Coating: Mix all dry coating materials. Stir well. Set it aside.
Season chicken pieces with pepper, salt, garlic powder, coriander, and gingger. Stir well. Let stand 30 minutes so that the spices are absorbed.
Roll the chicken pieces into a dry coating until the entire surface is covered in flour. Dip it into a liquid coating and roll it back into a dry coating while kneading it. Do this method until the chicken runs out.
Heat oil, fry the chicken in a lot of oil with medium heat. Cook until the chicken is cooked, brown and yellow and dry. Lift it and drain.
