Make ready 1tablespoon ghee
Get 1 tablespoon malai

Take 2 fried whole red chillies
Take 1 teaspoon coriander leaves chopped
Prepare to taste Salt and sugar
Get 1 cup water
Instructions to make Shahi Chicken Korma:
Marinate chicken with little salt and curd for an hour.Boil 1 onion.Make a paste of the onion,few cashew nuts, sesame seeds, coconut, malai and green chillies.Fry 2 finely sliced onions till crispy and set aside.Fry also 2 whole red chillies.Set aside.
In the remaining oil, fry the chicken golden brown.Add ghee to the remaining oil.Sprinkle half crushed garam masala and 1 bay leaf.When it splutters add the masala paste, salt and pinch of sugar and fry till oil leaves sides.Add the chicken and a cup of water.Cook chicken covered under low flame.
Sprinkle garam masala and coconut milk and chopped coriander leaves.Garnish with fried onions and fried red chillies.Serve with pulao, jeera rice, paratha or naan.
