  1. Preheat oven to 180°c fan-forced. Line a large tray with baking paper.
  2. Sieve flour into a large bowl and add salt. Stir to combine.
  3. In a large measuring jug, combine olive oil, golden syrup, and molasses. Add to flour mix and stir lightly to nearly combine.
  4. Add nuts and chocolate pieces and mix until just combined. Don't over mix.
  5. Roll into 12 balls and place on the baking tray. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and bake for 11 mins.
