  1. Get 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. Make ready 1 1/3 all purpose flour
  3. Make ready 1 1/4 cups water/ warm milk

  5. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  6. Get 2 tbsp sugar or more to taste
  7. Get 1 1/4 tsp instant yeast

  2. Mix the water and the sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the yeast
  3. Mix the butter with the flour.
  4. Mix the flour mixture with the water mixture to form a dough.
  5. Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and let it proof for two hours.
  6. Punch out the air in the risen dough to form a rectangle then shape the dough.
  7. Put the dough in a prepared tin and let it proof for another one hour
  8. Preheat your oven to 180°.
  9. Bake for 30 mins to 35 mins.
  10. Let it cool before serving.
