6. Using two large “ pudding” spoons, add each mix to muffin cases, filling to 3/4 full.
7. Cook in medium hot, gas mark 5-6, 190-200 Celsius, for about 15 minutes, then turn trays around for a further 5 minutes until golden brown on top.
8. When cool, i topped mine with buttercream and sprinkles in two colours for each variety..
